Photoful

I've realized I have a lot of photos to share. So, please hold as I show you my recent activity.

First: Thanksgiving

My mom's house!

The cookie platter-- looked good, and tasted good, too.

I watched my brothers play pool. No, I couldn't play, and no, I'm not good.

The table setting--I like the way silverware reflects light.

In the background, you can see the most deliciously wonderful yams I have ever had, made by my most fantastic sister-in-law.

So, that was Thanksgiving. The Saturday after, I cleaned my apartment and decorated a bit. We don't have a tree yet, but I think we'll go tonight! I like my decorations--almost everything has a story.

Anyway, more photos:

Our Christmas-y wreath.

My grandma has the matchers to these gold deer--my mom didn't want them anymore. I think they're almost slightly creepy, but I like them anyway.

I found this bowl back in June and wished for it [telepathically] for my birthday. I didn't get it, and it disappeared from the store. I figured it had been sold, but in November I saw it and got it! I am now considering it a Christmas decoration, but don't get mad at me if you see it around after the holidays...

I have several candles like this, half of which I got when I shopped with my sister the morning after Thanksgiving. That was insane, but at least I got a good deal on the candles, I guess...

This was my mom's, and I've always loved this sweet little angel.

A dear friend gave these to me, and I've pulled them out every year since I received them.

A mini gold Christmas tree

My antique gold tree out for business!

There's more to come. Sorry there are so many photos, but I have a lot more to share, like our weekend to Salt Lake and more. I'll be back.
